Open Arms Lutheran Child Development Center
at Eastern Heights Lutheran Church is a ministry of Eastern Heights Lutheran Church. A Christian atmosphere permeates the child development Center. Prayer is said before snacks and lunch, religious holidays are celebrated, birthdays are celebrated, Bible stories and songs are shared, and there is a weekly chapel for the children. The Center is operated as a not-for-profit institution, licensed by the State of Minnesota Department of Human Services, for children of any color, race, creed, age six weeks to 12 years.
